本公司位于中国广东省广州市白云区同和镇东平村，是一家台商独资企业，于一九九五年进驻广东省，工厂占地面积5000千平方米，建筑为三层楼厂房。公司主要产品为“五金灯饰”产品。各式吊灯、卫浴灯、吸顶灯、半吸顶灯、壁灯、户外灯、环保土(耐热、防水、不变形)。主要出口美国、加拿大占80%，其他国家占20%。公司资金开发力量雄厚，设备齐全及一等的五金配件厂、波丽灯座配件厂、烤漆厂、纸浆灯座配件厂、灯饰组装厂等，公司更有强大的开发设计队伍随时为客户提供服务。公司本着坚持“品质第一，客户至上”的信念和方针，在广大的客户中获得一致认同和支持，公司的信誉优良。
公司因应未来广大市场的需求和客户的要求，公司正积极地兴建新厂房，新厂房已动工并预计于2007年年初即可完工，并于2007年中可正式投入生产，新厂占地面积为800亩土地，将兴建为一流的厂房和一流环境及绿化，新厂房厂址位于广东省广州市增城新塘，公司不但兴建新厂，更加于业务开发上不断的成长，更使得公司的未来是一片的光明和辉煌。
